A few folks collected on March 29, 2008 at K.C.'s Hair and More at 2840 West Ina Rd. to support the Race for the Cure for Breast Cancer. There was a good mix of music, prizes, and no one could complain about the weather. Congratulations to Rick Nowak for winning the car category with his 57 Nomad. He won a chain saw. There were motorcycles there and the first prize for them was a chain saw too. ( I wonder how they got that home.)
